MASTERY w. Maria Saraphina | Why Your Affirmations Are Not Working (and what to do about it)

There's a SUPER SIMPLE reason your affirmations are not working!

This has been on my heart and mind for a LONG while. Because once you see something you cannot unsee it - which is how I feel about energy and affirmations.

With this episode I'm sharing why your affirmations are not working and what you can do about it - which is actually SUPER simple.

You'll hear me share:

  • What affirmations are.
  • The difference between affirmations and mantras.
  • The three states of energy.
  • Practical experiences from client sessions.
  • Divine timing - and will.
  • Manifestation - Where is your desire coming from...
  • Surrender.
  • How I struggled with the gap between where I was at and where I wanted to be.

Enjoy Radiant One. Got a Q about your affirmations? Drop it in the comments...

Big hug and loads of love.

xo, Maria Saraphina

As anyone walking the Magdalene path will know; when the Goddess wants something she finds a way…

When Julie and I joined in Sacred Conversation for this episode there wasn’t a set script, outline or direction. I called her in, inspired by a tiny sentence she’d shared in an episode on her own podcast The Priestess Podcast.

Little could we have known that Mary would take us deep into the important topics of spirituality, social justice and structural change…

  • Energetic Alignment; What, Why, How…

Energetic Alignment is a way of bringing the energy you are in physical form into complete synchronization with your essence or soul some might say.

While this might sound a bit spacey, read on, my work is all about practicality and applicability and I will give you a simple tool to use anywhere anytime.

Imagine a tuning fork being struck. It removes all gunk before the clearest tone emerges. This is what energetic alignment does, bringing the energy you are into complete alignment.

Energetically when your energy is in alignment, your energy is in the state of receptivity also known as flow. This is the state of “out of the blue” occurrences. Where things seem to click into place without effort.
