Hello beautiful souls and welcome. In today’s video, I want to talk to you a little bit about a concept that I have or a principle that I have that’s called “Love with Love.”

It’s something that I use with my clients and it’s something that I teach whenever possible and I haven’t unfortunately found a beautiful, sexy word for it other than what it really is: Love with Love.

It’s easy enough for us to choose to say, “Okay, I am on with this. I’m choosing love. I want to live a life guided by love.” And then the next thing that happens and what shows up is that the ego will go along with that. The ego will say, “Okay, that’s fine. Let’s choose love because, you know, it sounds like a great idea.” And the ego then thinks it can just keep you stuck there.

Then you’ve chosen love and you’ve decided, “Okay, this is what I want to do.” The next thing that happens is then the blame game starts, like, “But why haven’t you started sooner?” and “Aren’t you too young or too old or too unhealthy or too healthy – or whatever it is – to do this?” That’s where you gotta’ apply what I call the Love with Love concept. The first step is that you’ve actually taken the step of choosing “I want to live a life based in love.”

The next step or the next principle is then to apply love to everything, which means applying love that when the resistance shows up in your life. For me, that would be in shooting the videos for you. Then that would be to apply love to that situation and let myself know that it is okay for me to be insecure or uncertain or feeling discomfort or even fear. That way, what happens when you do that, when you apply love to that, that dissolves what’s going on if you keep choosing it because the ego can only go so far.

What you’re essentially doing is turning on a light in darkness. When that happens, when you switch the light on, the darkness is then dissolved and that’s what the Love with Love principle is all about. It’s about choosing love which I am sure, I’m certain that you have already done because you wouldn’t be here if you hadn’t. The next thing is to then apply love into any and all situations that occur for you and whatever occurs for you is your training, your path. That’s something that I will talk more about in an upcoming video.
