  1. Hi Maria, Thank you for a juicy episode. It was good timing for me as I’m really being put through the ringer with the depth and the intensity of work I’ve been having to do since January. Phew. It’s a rollercoaster. But I know I have to move through it, that’s the only way. I wanted to mention that I was listening to you on my laptop in the kitchen while I was clearing up and my children were in the room, so I was a little uncomfortable about the use of swear words. I hope you don’t me feeding this back to you? Otherwise it was lovely to listen to.
