In this episode I share my experiences with clarity from over a decade of coaching amazing clients in bringing their big, scary ideas to life.

#1 | Fear of what clarity will mean to you.

Having clarity means that you can no longer duck your head in the sand.

That big wild beautiful idea of yours will be lit by clarity like tinder by a match. Feeding the love and the fire that burns in your soul.

No longer allowing you to cower, stay small or hidden.

#2 | Fear of what others will think

As spiritual beings having a human experience we’re wired with a brain that wants to keep you safe - and any action perceived as stepping outside of the norm will trigger a fear of losing your community and place of safety.

Notice I said “perceived”.

Because when it comes to fear, as I always share with my clients, there’s a very important distinction between real and perceived fear.

Real fear is when you’re in actually danger of getting physically harmed. Perceived is when you’re not.

If your system is being flooded with fear because you’re in actual danger of getting physically harmed? You get yourself out of that situation asap.

If your system is being flooded with fear because of what others might think of you in your pursuit of that big, wild beautiful idea?

Then it’s time for some deep inner work (I’ll share my number one tool in the suggestions below)

#3 | Fear of not knowing how to get it done.

It’s SO easy to get lost in the vastness of your big, beautiful, wild idea. I see this with my clients ALL the time.

Rather than taking one step forward from a space of love, you hold back out of fear of making the wrong decision or taking the wrong step. It paralyzes you.

You try to analyze your way to the right solution. Map out eeeevery single piece of the path.

Which is doomed.

And probably what brought you here.
