Christoffer is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of national and global experience in various industries, including logistics, technology, and finance.

Currently, serving as Head of HR & Communication at DHL Global Forwarding, where he leads the development and execution of HR and communication strategies that support business objectives, employee engagement, performance, and well-being.

In addition he is a certified coach and advisory board member. Focuses on mentoring, stress prevention and management, leadership development, and career coaching to help individuals and teams achieve personal and professional goals – and also an passionated advocate for the DEIB agenda in Denmark.

Outside work time is spent on running, baking and a huge LEGO-fan, both building and collecting.
