Something that my clients very often bring to the table during our sessions is the fear of voicing and doing what they know in their hearts they’ve been called to do, afraid of what others will think or say.

The fear of being judged is so great that many of us stay silent for a very long time, and for some throughout this lifetime.

What I’ve found is that very often it has to do with the fact that you’ve chosen to change direction in your life or career.

For some, like me, it’s a 180 degree turn.

Maybe you used to be a graphic designer and now you’re a yoga instructor or you used to be a school teacher and now you’re a couples therapist or like me, a Key Account Manager in the financial sector and now my path is guiding people from fear to love.

Doing that 180 can be a daunting task. But you did not get this task by chance.

While you know in your heart something else is calling you, you still block your own way or rather part of you does. The Ego.

Let me first tell you… it’s not about you… it never is…

It’s about your message, your purpose, your calling, your why.

The very specific reason you’re here right this very moment.

“Your passage through time and space is not at random. You cannot but be in the right place, at the right time.”

– A Course in Miracles

You’re on this earth to spread love and you’re a unique specimen. There’s only one single you who can do it they way you can.

Only one with the assignments you’ve been given. Your life, your experiences, and yes, your struggles.

What you have to do is get out of the way.

Whether you choose to let the love seep through your pores by blogging about your everyday life, publishing a book, through poetry or painting, yoga or working out, as a stylist, therapist, coach, banker or as a school teacher, then remember that whatever road you’re on, it’s not about the external factors but about the light you carry on the inside.

The light that you are, no matter your external circumstances.

Embarking on your spiritual journey from fear to love is not an easy one, so please carry love in your heart.

Be patient and love yourself through it, but do not let yourself be concerned with thoughts about what others will think, do or say.

Ego will try and hold you back.

Throughout your upbringing you’ve been conditioned to place your personal value on external factors. It’s the way of Ego.

However, you can return to love in a split second, even though most don’t choose that.

Consider for a moment what you gain from standing in your own way, because honestly – there’s no one out there. The voices you hear are a manifestation of your own fears.

If immediately you hear a voice saying “it gives me absolutely nothing to block my own way!” then we’re on the right track.

It’s the voice of Ego.

Or maybe you experience complete silence, being paralyzed, frozen and numbed to a point where you can neither hear nor feel anything. If so, breathe deeply and choose love.

What you’re experiencing is simply one of the Ego’s flight strategies.

“No one has ever lived who has not experienced some light and some thing.”

– A Course in Miracles

Once you embark on this journey of moving from fear to love, the Ego knows it’s dying and so it will bring up anything and everything in it’s arsenal to hold you back.

It can become vicious to a degree you’ve never experienced before.

You can choose to use whatever comes up as a way out of fear and into love.

You do that by simply denying to follow it’s instructions, and instead choosing love.

So – here’s my invitation to you.

Move.

Move out of your Ego.

Release, surrender, and let love and your Essence guide you. This is the place of miracles.

Want to be guided to a place of miracles? My 1:1 program is for you.

  • Why Detailing Your Course To The Tiniest Detail Is Bad Idea

Once again, we are going to be diving in to something that is near and dear to my heart. It is part of the reason why I am who I am and why I do what I do.

It’s about making sure that you take action on what is stirring within your heart, within your soul, what you are called to do, what you came here to do because for me, I see so many soul-driven, heart-based spiritual entrepreneurs who have gone through the transformation through their awakening.

    They get very caught up in their divine feminine essence of gnosis, of wisdom, of knowledge but don’t ever really – or many at least struggle in the beginning with activating their divine masculine essence of action, of foundation, of building, of expansion, of creation. { Continue Reading… }

  • Embodying Spirituality; Practicing What You Preach w. Anne Goncalves

Slight disclaimer | I’ve had the blessing of walking with Anne in this lifetime since somewhere around 2014 as her Spiritual Business Coach so I am COMPLETELY biased when it comes to Anne’s brilliance.

Yet, just like when I sat in Sacred Conversation with Aga Bera, even having walked with her for so long there was many parts of her spiritual journey that I didn’t know.

I call Anne one of my OG clients and it’s SUCH a blessing to watch her continually rise, evolve and expand.

In this Sacred Conversation Anne Goncalves, a yoga teacher from Denmark, shares her journey from graphic design to yoga, heavily influenced by a friend’s encouragement.

She how her early spiritual awakening at age 13 during confirmation in Denmark, questioning religion led her to find a connection with Buddhism and how this exploration led to taking Buddhist vows at 29 and practicing Buddhism in London.

  • Returning to Love In Business

To me, it’s very, very clear that our world is awakening and to me it’s not something that’s just within the last 10, 20, 30, or even 40 years. I think that this has – our planet, our system, and our earth has been on this evolutionary path for millennia and probably even longer, even further back.

    To me, that is a continued expansion of the source from which we came, to me. Some call it God; I do at times but to me that source is also – it’s love. { Continue Reading… }
